The Plymouth Whalers game night intern(s) will serve the organization by fulfilling tasks as assigned by a multitude of departments including marketing and promotions, public relations, game night operations and game night administration. The position will gain work experience via hands-on experience planning, executing and evaluating opportunities as set by the Whalers staff.
Several spots are available for the unpaid position. The Whalers are looking for high-school and college aged students who demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment, positive attitude, and strong communication skills. Marketing Intern - The Marketing Intern will work an average of 20 hours per week and will assist with the Compuware Arena Drive-In, prepartion for the Whalers 2012-13 regular season, Whalers summer camps and clinics, and other office activities. The intern will work directly with the Whalers Sales & Marketing Staff in an unpaid position.
